ETNA, the Electronic Transactions on Numerical Analysis, has been able to operate and offer free open access of its papers since 1993, mostly due to the generous support of Kent State University and the Johann Radon Institute for Computational and Applied Mathematics of the Austrian Academy of Sciences.
